Description

Natajana Palini is a compilation of thirteen kirtanas in praise of Devi, the Divine mother set to tune in popular Carnatic ragas. The compilation consists of kirtanas composed by many eminent composers of the yester years including the pre-eminent Sri Mutthuswami Dikshitar, Harikeshanallur Muttaiah Bhagavatar and others. As an additional feature, “Sri Sharadamba Sharadindu” a famous composition of Sri Chandrashekhara Bharati Mahaswami is also included in this Compact Disc. The tracks have been rendered by Kum. Pavani Prabhakar of Sringeri accompanied by other artistes on the Violin, Mridangam, Tabla and Morching respectively.
