Details of 60th Vardhanti and Ramanavami celebrations at Mumbai Sringeri Shankara Math
NOTE : The Jagadguru will be at Sringeri for Vardhanti and Ramanavami which will be conducted in a grand manner. This is an intimation and invitation to the function which will be celebrated by the devotees of the Jagadguru, in Mumbai at the Sringeri Shankara Math in Chembur.
Vardhanti Celebrations
The 60th Vardhanti celebrations of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Ananta Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, which is going to be celebrated in a grand manner at Sringeri will also be celebrated at the Mumbai Shankara Math, as with other branch Maths on 21st March 2010. All are welcome to participate in the function.

Sri Ramanavami Celebrations
Sri Rama-Navami celebrations will be celebrated at Sri Sringeri Shankara Math, Mumbai on Chaitra Shukla Navami which falls on 24th March this year.
The following functions and programmes will be conducted on the occassion.
- Purushashooktha vidhana abhishekam will be performed to the vigraham (idol) of Sita-Lakshmana-Hanumath sameta Sri Ramachandramurti from 10:00 A. M. onwards, which has been specially blessed and given to the Mumbai Sringeri Shankara Math by Acharya Swamiji.
- Dharmapracharakar, Sri A.S. Gopalakrishnan. will perform parayana of Sri Rama Jananam at 12.00 noon.
- Maha Mangala Aarathi at 12.30 PM.
From 25th March 2010 onwards Dharmapracharakar Shri A.S. Gopalakrishnan will commence teaching Sri Valmiki Ramayanam at the Math between 5.30 and 6.30 pm on Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Those people interested in atteding these classes are requested to contact either the Branch Manager or Sri A. S. Gopalakrishnan at the Math.
