The Birth Centenary Year of the 35th Acharya of Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamiji commences with the observation of His Jayanti in 2016 and will end with the observation of the Jayanti in 2017.

036The Jayanti of the Mahaswamiji in 2016, who was born on the auspicious Naraka Chaturdashi in the Pingala Samvatsara (1917 CE),  is being observed in Sringeri and in various parts of the country and abroad.

As part of the observation of the Jayanti, devotees may chant the Ashottara Shatanamavali Stotram (available here with English meaning) of the Mahaswamiji composed by His Disciple and the reigning Shankaracharya, Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam.
