Live telecast of Kumbhabhishekam of Sri Adi Shankaracharya and Sri Sharadamba Temples at Kalady

The Kumbhabhishekams of the temples of Sri Adi Shankaracharya and Sri Sharadamba at Sri Adi Shankaracharya Janma Bhoomi Kshetram, Kalady will be performed on Sunday, the 23rd of May 2010, on the occassion of the Centenary of the rediscovery of Kalady by the 33rd Jagadguru of the Sringeri Sharada Peetham, Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhinava Nrisimha Bharati Mahaswamiji.

Kumbhabhishekam of the temples will be performed between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM IST approximately by the present Shankaracharya of the Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham,  Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.

The event along with the proceedings will be telecast live on the website. For devotees who cannot watch the telecast at the aforementioned time, a re-telecast will be aired at around 9:00 PM, the next day on the 24th of May 2010.
