श्रीऋष्यशृङ्गाष्टकम् śrīṛṣyaśṛṅgāṣṭakam

श्रीऋष्यशृङ्गमुनये करुणाकराय
सद्यः सुवृष्टिपरिवर्धनकारणाय ।
शान्ताधिपाय शतमन्युसुपूजिताय
श्रीमद्विभाण्डकसुताय सदा नमस्ते ॥ १ ॥

śrīṛṣyaśṛṅgamunaye karuṇākarāya
sadyaḥ suvṛṣṭiparivardhanakāraṇāya ;
śāntādhipāya śatamanyusupūjitāya
śrīmadvibhāṇḍakasutāya sadā namaste . 1 .

शान्त्यादिसाधनसुपूरितमानसाय
कान्ताय कन्तुपरिसेवितपादुकाय ।
क्षुत्क्षान्तलोकपरिरक्षणपण्डिताय
सर्वार्थदाय गुरवे ऋषये नमस्ते ॥ २ ॥

śāntyādisādhanasupūritamānasāya
kāntāya kantuparisevitapādukāya ;
kṣutkṣāntalokaparirakṣaṇapaṇḍitāya
sarvārthadāya gurave ṛṣaye namaste . 2 .

सर्वात्मकाय कलिदोषविशोषणाय
विद्याभिवेद्यचरणाय सुवर्षणाय ।
पापापहाय परितापनिवारणाय
ब्रह्मात्मबोधजनकाय नमो नमस्ते ॥ ३ ॥

sarvātmakāya kalidoṣaviśoṣaṇāya
vidyābhivedyacaraṇāya suvarṣaṇāya ;
pāpāpahāya paritāpanivāraṇāya
brahmātmabodhajanakāya namo namaste . 3 .

रक्षोघ्नमन्त्रपरितर्जितराक्षसाय
श्रीसूर्यवंशपरिवर्धनदीक्षिताय ।
तुङ्गानदीतटनिवाससमुत्सुकाय
चन्द्राननाय मुनये सततं नमस्ते ॥ ४ ॥

rakṣoghnamantraparitarjitarākṣasāya
śrīsūryavaṃśaparivardhanadīkṣitāya ;
tuṅgānadītaṭanivāsasamutsukāya
candrānanāya munaye satataṃ namaste . 4 .

तुङ्गाङ्गदेशदुरवग्रहनिग्रहाय
जीमूतजातपरिकर्षणतत्पराय ।
दैन्यापहाय धनधान्यसमृद्धिदाय
तस्मै नमो भगवते जगतां हिताय ॥ ५ ॥

tuṅgāṅgadeśaduravagrahanigrahāya
jīmūtajātaparikarṣaṇatatparāya ;
dainyāpahāya dhanadhānyasamṛddhidāya
tasmai namo bhagavate jagatāṃ hitāya . 5 .

विप्रोत्तमाय विदुषां परितोषणाय
सत्यादिपोषणरताय सदात्मकाय ।
काव्यार्थसारहृदयाय कविप्रियाय
तस्मै नमोऽस्तु सततं विदुषां वराय ॥ ६ ॥

viprottamāya viduṣāṃ paritoṣaṇāya
satyādipoṣaṇaratāya sadātmakāya ;
kāvyārthasārahṛdayāya kavipriyāya
tasmai namo’stu satataṃ viduṣāṃ varāya . 6 .

कल्याणशीलकलिताय कलान्विताय
मन्दस्मितास्यकमलाय मनोहराय ।
धर्मार्थकामवरमोक्षफलप्रदाय
नित्यं नमोऽस्तु परमेश्वरपूजकाय ॥ ७ ॥

kalyāṇaśīlakalitāya kalānvitāya
mandasmitāsyakamalāya manoharāya ;
dharmārthakāmavaramokṣaphalapradāya
nityaṃ namo’stu parameśvarapūjakāya . 7 .

राजाधिराजपरिसन्नुतवैभवाय
भव्याय दिव्यसुगुणाय शुभप्रदाय ।
सर्वाङ्गसुन्दरकलेबरशोभिताय
श्रुत्येकवेद्यनिजरूपविदे नमस्ते ॥ ८ ॥

rājādhirājaparisannutavaibhavāya
bhavyāya divyasuguṇāya śubhapradāya ;
sarvāṅgasundarakalebaraśobhitāya
śrutyekavedyanijarūpavide namaste . 8 .

शृङ्गान्विताय वरमङ्गलकारकाय
श्रीचन्द्रचूडकरुणारसपोषिताय ।
आश्चर्यदिव्यचरिताय मृगीसुताय
मृत्युञ्जयाय महते सततं नमस्ते ॥ ९ ॥

śṛṅgānvitāya varamaṅgalakārakāya
śrīcandracūḍakaruṇārasapoṣitāya ;
āścaryadivyacaritāya mṛgīsutāya
mṛtyuñjayāya mahate satataṃ namaste . 9 .

श्रीशारदापदसरोजमुपासितेन
श्रीशङ्करार्यवरपीठसुसंस्थितेन ।
सच्चित्सुखात्मकगुरोः करसम्भवेन
स्तोत्रं कृतं सुखकरं हि नृसिंहनाम्ना ॥ १० ॥

śrīśāradāpadasarojamupāsitena
śrīśaṅkarāryavarapīṭhasusaṃsthitena ;
saccitsukhātmakaguroḥ karasambhavena
stotraṃ kṛtaṃ sukhakaraṃ hi nṛsiṃhanāmnā . 10 .

ऋष्यशृङ्गमुनेस्स्तोत्रं यत्र यत्र हि पठ्यते ।
तत्र तत्र सुवृष्टिः स्याद्धनधान्यसमृद्धिदा ॥ ॥

ṛṣyaśṛṅgamunesstotraṃ yatra yatra hi paṭhyate ;
tatra tatra suvṛṣṭiḥ syāddhanadhānyasamṛddhidā . .

इति शृंगेरीजगद्गुरु श्रीश्रीश्री नृसिंहभारतीमहास्वामिभिः विरचितं श्री-ऋष्यशृङ्गाष्टकं सम्पूर्णम् ॥

iti śṛṃgerījagadguru śrīśrīśrī nṛsiṃhabhāratīmahāsvāmibhiḥ viracitaṃ śrī-ṛṣyaśṛṅgāṣṭakaṃ sampūrṇam .
