Durgamba Rathotsava 2010 at Sringeri

The annual Durgamba Rathotsava, took place at Sringeri on February 23 2010 at the temple of Durgamba near Sringeri.

The Jagadguru arrived at the temple of Goddess Durgamba at around 12:00 and performed a special puja at the temple which was witnessed by the many devotees who had gathered at the temple for the function. Following the Puja everyone was offered prasadam and at around 4:30 the Jagadguru led the Ratha procession near the temple after being accorded a traditional welcome by the denizens. The event concluded at around 5:30 after which the Jagadguru returned to Sringeri.
