Kalabhairava Ashtami was celebrated reverentially on December 19th. At noon, the Jagadguru performed a special Puja at the shrine of Lord Kalabhairava in the hillock in Narasimha Vanam. In the evening, a Deepotsava was held in the Jagadguru’s presence. Ashtavadana Seva was offered and everyone chanted Sri Kalabhairava Ashtakam composed by the 33rd Acharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhina Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamiji.
