Mahaswamiji graces Bhagavata Utsava at Perumbavoor

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharathi Tirtha Mahaswamiji graced the week-long “Tapasya-Mathrubhoomi Bhagavatotsavam” in the evening of 13th May at Sastha Nagar, Permbavoor.
The organizers expressed that it is the good fortune of the people of Perumbavoor that the Mahaswamiji graced the venue.

The Mahaswamiji in His Anugraha Bhashanam extolled the greatness of Srimad Bhagavatam stating that the Mahapurana is verily a Kalpatharu capable of fulfilling the desires of seekers. The Mahaswamiji said the crème of Bhagavatham is the Dashama Skandam that bring out the Leelas of Lord Krishna. The Mahaswamiji then brought back to memory the stay of His Parameshti Guru, Jagadguru Sri Sachchidananda Shivabhinava Nrisimha Bharati Mahaswamiji at Perumbavoor. It was at Perumbavoor that Mother Aryamba appeared to the Mahaswamiji in a dream and confirmed the rediscovery of Kalady.
