Jagadguru graces Maharudra Yaga at Boluru on July 3


 

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji visited Boluru near Sringeri on the afternoon of 3rd July. The Jagadguru had Darshan of Mallikarjuna Swamy and then graced the Poornahuti of the Maharudra Yaga that was conducted by Vedabrahmasri Lakshminarayana Ghanapati. In His Anugraha Bhashanam, the Jagadguru spoke about the significance of the Rudra Yaga and also praised Vedabrahmasri Lakshminarayana Ghanapati for initiating and training a number of students in the Rig Veda. The Jagadguru also blessed the Ghanapati praising him for having sent his son, Sri Ganapati Bhat, to study at the Peetham’s Sadvidya Sanjeevini Samskrita Mahapathashala at Sringeri and ensuring that he became proficient in Vyakarana Shastra.
