On March 9th 2014, Sri Durgamba Rathotsava was celebrated at Sringeri. At noon, the Jagadguru offered two grand silver Mandapams, one to Goddess Vana Durga and another to Sri Mallikarjuna Swami and performed an elaborate Puja. The Rathotsava was conducted at 4 PM even as a slight drizzle occurred as if to signal the blessings of Goddess Durga.

On 10th Mar2014, the Jagadguru Mahaswamiji graced the Poornahuti of Gayatri Mahayajna conducted by Sri Prabhakara Bhat, an elderly Vaidika in Sringeri.
