Jagadguru graces Alaligudda in Nemmar

Jagadguru Mahaswamiji Performing Kalashabhabhisheka of Vinayaka Devasthana at ALaligudda in Nemmar

On 19th May 2014 morning, the Jagadguru arrived at Sri Lakshmi Vinayaka Temple at Alaligudda. The Jagadguru performed elaborate Puja, Kalashabhisheka and PunaH Pratishtha of Lord Lakshmi Vinayaka. The devotees of that place performed Padapuja and in the Guruvandanam Sabha held after the Kumbhabhisheka, the president and members of the committee submitted an Abhinandana Patra. Then the Jagadguru blessed the assembled devotees with an Anugraha Bhashanam. In that, the Jagadguru mentioned that Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankara Bhagavatpadacharya has blessed mankind with numerous Devata Stotras. In the first one on Lord Ganapati, Sri Shankara Bhagavatpadacharya uses an adjective “समस्तलोकशङ्करम्” to Lord Ganapati. That means one who bestows auspiciousness on all. One need not have even a pinch of doubt in the writings of Jagadguru Sri Shankara Bhagavatpadacharya. So let all worship the Lord Ganapati with steadfast devotion and faith to attain Shreyas.
