In connection with the birth centenary year of the 35th Acharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamiji, a 3D Holographic Video presentation on the Jagadguru was inaugurated on the morning of July 22, 2017 by Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam, and Jagadguru Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam at Sacchidananda Vilas, Sringeri. The Ubhaya Jagadgurus were immensely pleased with the 3D Holographic presentation and showered their choicest blessings on Sri Vidyashankar Krishnan of MM Forgings Ltd, Chennai who brought out the said video presentation.

In the afternoon, Sri VR Gowrishankar, Sringeri Math CEO & Administrator, inaugurated the Holographic Presentation for public view at the Pravachana Mandiram, Sringeri amidst devotees who had assembled there. He also released two pamphlets for distribution to public during the Video presentation and wished that all those who come to the Math for darshan watch the presentation and earn the grace of the Jagadguru Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamiji during His birth centenary. Devotees who have watched the presentation express that they felt as if they actually had the darshan of the Mahaswamiji.

The 20-minute 3D holographic presentation is in two languages, English and Kannada and covers rare video footages showing Jyeshtha Mahasannidhanam in Nirvikalpa Samadhi, perform His Japa, deliver a short lecture and perform Sri Chandramoulishwara Puja.

The presentation will continue to be available for public view at the Pravachana Mandiram starting until October 18, 2017 – the Centenary Jayanti. Devotees can view it as per the timings published in the notice board kept outside the hall.

  • The Self (Atma) is never born nor does It ever die; neither does It cease to exist after having once existed nor does the Self come into existence, like the body, having not existed before. Unborn, eternal, It undergoes no change whatsoever and is primeval; It is not destroyed when the body is destroyed. Bhagavan Sri Krishna on Significance of God
  • A person who hears about the condemnation of another incurs sin. What need be said about the sin incurred by a man who actually engages in nit picking? Jagadguru Sri Adi Shankara Bhagavatpada on Prabodha Sudhakara

  • Our nation and its culture have a hoary past and we should all be proud of it. Mere aping of the West is not beneficial for us. For example, care of aged parents is something that has come down to us traditionally and we must never neglect this duty by imbibing concepts of some free societies, wherein concern for one’s own parents is at low ebb. Jagadguru Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamigal on Significance of God
  • It is a great blunder not to make proper use of the body and mind that has been given to us by God. Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamigal on Significance of God's Names
