Jayanti and Aradhana of the 33rd Acharya


Jagadguru Sri Mahasannidhanam performing the 109th Aradhana Puja of His Parameshthi Guru

The Jayanti and Aradhana of the 33rd Acharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhinava Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamiji was observed at Sringeri on April 7 and April 14, 2021 respectively. On the Jayanti day, Shatarudrabhisheka took place in the morning. The Mahamangalarati was witnessed by the Ubhaya Jagadgurus. At night, Sri Sannidhanam offered a special Puja at the Adhishtanam of His Parapara Guru. The Mahamangalarati took place in the divine presence of Sri Mahasannidhanam.

On April 14, 2021 (Chaitra Shukla Dviteeya), commemorating the 109th Aradhana of Jagadguru Sri Sri Sacchidananda Shivabhinava Narasimha Bharati Mahaswamiji, a special Aradhana Puja was performed by Jagadguru Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam at noon. At night, after Sri Sannidhanam performed the Chandramoulishwara Puja, Sri Mahasannidhanam offered a special worship with Rudra Kramarchana at the Adhishtanam of His Parameshti Guru. Sri Sannidhanam also had Darshan and was present till the Mahamangalarati. Ashtavadhana Seva took place, following which Stotras composed by Sri Mahasannidhanam on the great Acharya were chanted.

The Aradhana Mahotsava was conducted in conformance with Government advisory for the pandemic.
