The 688th Aradhana Mahotsava of the 10th Acharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Vidyatirtha Mahaswamiji was observed reverentially on November 11, 2021.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam performed the Aradhana Pooja at noon in the sanctum sanctorum of the magnificent Sri Vidyashankara temple built over the Samadhi location of the 10th Acharya. Pandits of the Sri Matha chanted various Vedic mantras during the course of the puja. Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam was also present for the Maha-Mangala-Aratrika which concluded the puja.

On November 12, 2021, in accordance with the traditions of the Peetham, the Rathotsava of Sri Vidyashankara Swami was conducted. On account of the restrictions due to the global pandemic, in-lieu of the Maharatha which is normally drawn by devotees along the Sri Bharati street, the Rathotsava was conducted inside the Sri Matha premises in the newly built Syandana or small ratha, drawn by the Archakas of the Matha, in the divine presence of Jagadguru Sri Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Mahaswamiji.
