On 11th July, 2007, the Jagadguru performed the Prathistha Kumbhabhisheka of Lord Dattatreya shrined in a magnificent temple constructed by the disciples of Sri Ramakrishna Ksheersagar Brahmachariji. On 12th the Jagadguru graced the ‘Sanatana Dharma Sabha’ which is 100 years old in Ahmednagar.

The Jagadguru entered Maharashtra on 4th, July 2009, by arriving at Kolhapur. On 5th, the Jagadguru performed Puja to Goddess Mahalakshmi at the famous temple in Kolhapur. Jagadguru visited Sri Kumaraswami Devasthanam at Sandur in the morning of 1st June, 2007, then reached Hospet the same evening.
