Sahasra Narikela Homa was performed on October 27th marking the 21st anniversary of Pattabhisheka day (the day of the ascendance to the Dakshinamnaya Sri Sharada Peetham) of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.

Navaratri Celebrations began with the performance of Mahabhisheka to Goddess Sharada on Mahalaya Amavasya (7th October). The Goddess was decorated as Jagat Prasutika after the Mahabhisheka.

Jagadguru Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji offered special Aradhana Puja at the Adhishthanam of His Paramaguru, the renowned Jivanmukta Jagadguru Sri Chandrashekhara Bharati Mahaswamiji on the Mahalaya Amavasya day (7th October). The Mahaswamiji also performed a special Puja with Rudrakrama Archana at night. Hundreds of devotees witnessed the Pujas.

Aradhana of the 35th Shankaracharya of the Peetham, Jagadguru Sri Abhinava Vidyatirtha Mahaswamiji was celebrated in Sringeri for 3 days during which the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamigal performed special pujas at the Adhishthanam complex in Narasimhavanam.

Sri Varasiddhi Vinayaka Vrata was observed the Jagadguru Shankaracharya, Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji on 11th September 2010 at Narasimhavanam in Sringeri.

Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji performed Shravana Somavara Puja on Aug 16th, Aug 23rd, August 30th and September 6th. On each of these days, the Jagadguru Mahaswamiji performed an elaborate worship of Sri Chandramoulishwara Sphatika Linga in the afternoon.

Jagadguru performed the Varamahalakshmi Vrata on the evening of 20th August. On 1st September, the Mahaswamiji offered special Puja to Lord Sri Krishna on the occasion of Sri Krishna Jayanti. The Mahaswamiji also read out the 3rd chapter of the 10th Skanda of Srimad Bhagavatam describing the birth of Sri Krishna.

On the request of the authorities of Rameshwaram Ramanathaswamy temple, taking the blessings of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, the Peetham has undertaken the task of building the southern Rajagopuram as a devoutful offering to Sri Ramanathaswamy.

On 22nd August, the annual Samskritotsava of Rajiv Gandhi Campus at Sringeri of the Kendriya Samskrita Vidya Peetham of Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan was inaugurated in the holy presence of Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji at Guru Nivas, Narasimha Vanam.
