Sri Subrahmanya Shashthi was celebrated on 22nd November 2009. Pavamana Abhisheka and Rudra Abhisheka was performed at the shrine of Sri Balasubrahmanyaswamy at Sringeri.

Jagadguru worships Lord Lakshmi Narasimha at Narasimha Pura Agraha in Sringeri on the auspicious occassion Ksheerabdi Dwadashi.

The Aradhana and Rathotsava of Sri Vidyashankara Tirtha, the 10th Jagadguru of the Peetham was reverentially celebrated between 20th and 26th of October at Sringeri in the august presence of the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji. Jagadguru worshipping mother cow on the occasion of Balipadya Bali Padya was celebrated on 18th October, the day after Deepavali. Go Pooja was performed by the Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji in the morning in Narasimha Vanam. Balindra Pooja was performed in the evening at Goddess Sharada temple.
