On the occassion of Deepavali, the festival of lights, Sri Sringeri Math, Chembur, Mumbai will be decorated with thousands of Deepas on Friday, 5th and Saturday 6th of November 2010. Goddess Saradambal and the temple will be glittering in the lights.

In the month of November 2010 the Mrigasheersha Nakshatra falls on Wednesday, the 27th November 2010 and on this auspicious day Srisukta Homam will be perfomred at Sri Sringeri Math, Chembur, Mumbai . The Homam will start around 9.00 am and Maha Deeparadhana will take place around 12.30 pm. All devotees are requested to particiate in the Homam and receive the blessings of Jagadguru Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji.

Monthly celebrations on Mrigasheersha Nakshatra Day on the occassion of 60th Year of the Jagadguru – celebrations at Mumbai Sringeri Shankara Math was celebrated on Thursday, the 30th September 2010. Sri Sudarshana Homam was performed and a large number of devotees attended the Homa and sought the Blessings of Acharyal.
