Sanskrit examination certificates awarded to students December 14, 2011

Vidyarthis of Sri Abhinava Vidya Tirta Veda Samskrita Patashala, Sri Sringeri Math, Chembur, Mumbai were awarded certificates for the examination held in August 2011 by Sri Surasaraswathi Sabha (Regd)., Sringeri – Bangalore, by the Chief Guest Smt. Ananthalakshmi Ammal of Geeta Govinda Samskrita Sangha, Bangalore.

Dhanurmasa Puja at Bangalore Shankara Math December 14, 2011

At Sri Sringeri Shankara math, Shankarapuram, Bangalore, Dhanur-masa pujas will be observed from the 17th December 2011 till 14th January 2012.

Navaratri Mahotsava celebrations at Bangalore Shankara Math September 28, 2011

With the blessings of Jagadguru Shankaracharya, Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahaswamiji, Sharada Sharan-Navaratri Mahotsava will be celebrated in Sringeri as well as all branches of Sringeri Math in the country. In this conjunction, Navaratri Mahotsava will also be celebrated at Bangalore in the Shankarapuram at the Sringeri Math Premises. Special worship will be offered to Goddess Sharadamba and special alankaras will be offered throught the nine days. Details are as follows.
