Durgamba Rathotsava Sringeri March 7, 2017

The annual Durgamba Rathotsava took place in Sringeri on March 6, 2017 at the temple of Goddess Vanadurga. Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Bharati Tirtha Mahasannidhanam and Jagadguru Shankaracharya Sri Sri Vidhushekhara Bharati Sannidhanam led the Rathotsava.

Jata Parayanam and Maharudra Sringeri March 5, 2017

Krishna Yajur Veda Jata Parayanam took place from February 15 to February 28 2017 at Sri Sacchidananda Vilas. Organised as part of the Shashtyabdapoorti of Vedabrahmasri Meenakshi Sundara Ghanapaathi, the Yajur Veda Adhyapaka of the Sadvidya Sanjeevini Samskrita Mahapathashala, the Parayanam began in the divine presence of Sri Mahasannidhanam and Sri Sannidhanam on February 15 with 10 Vedic scholars, led by Vedabrahmasri Gurunatha Ghanapaathi.
